The deadline for completing your 2011/2012 self assessment tax return if you are a CIS sub-contractor is the 31/01/13. If the tax return is submitted late then you will incur late filing penalties.
Make sure you dont miss the deadline and its good to know that many CIS subcontractors receive a substantial CIS tax rebate after the tax return has been submitted to HMRC.
